Cloud does not include backups or data maintenance. We don’t own your data, so we don’t keep copies of it. Export it whenever you like. We host the app and apply updates.
Commercial supporter badge
Commercial license holders get a badge for their README and a certificate for their own site, in light and dark, with the company name and year.
Sample certificate. The licensee name and year are filled in when the license is issued. The license is voluntary.
Feature requests
Anyone can suggest a feature. Share an idea in GitHub Discussions, or open an issue with the feature request template. Good ideas get discussed in the open.
Cost questions
Yes. The software is open source under Apache 2.0 and every feature is included. You can self-host it for any use, commercial included, with no fee. You pay only if you want hosting, help, or to support the project.
Apache 2.0 already lets you use Guildwise HQ commercially, so the license is voluntary. If you choose it, you pay what you want once (from $5) and get a commercial license issued in your name, plus the “Commercial supporter” badge for your site or README. Some companies like having a license on file. The money funds development.
Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT. Your invoice shows the dollar price, the VAT and the amount charged. Add your company and VAT number to the billing profile and it is printed on the tax invoice.
Backups and data maintenance. We host the application and apply updates. We don’t own your data, so we don’t keep copies of it. Export it whenever you like. Your code, vaults and secrets are not on our servers at all: they live on your workstations and in your own git repositories.
Your code and vaults are already yours, in your git repositories. You can export the audit trail from the app. If you need anything else out of your organization, write to us and we will help. The software is open source, so you can also move to your own server.
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page and your organization stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then it is paused and nothing more is charged. We do not give pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a period.
Yes. Guildwise Cloud starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card to start it, nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends and pay nothing.
No. Only members of your organization count (guests do not). Agents, workstations and projects are unlimited. Your agents run on your own workstations and AI accounts, and your AI provider bills you for usage.
Self-host if you have a server, like running your own tools, or need everything on your own infrastructure. Use Cloud if you would rather not run, patch and update a server. Both have every feature, and the software is the same.
Yearly is 10 times the monthly price, which is two months free: $300 per organization per year plus $100 per additional member per year. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid year; the unused part is not refunded.
